File Formats

Our preferred file types are high resolution set up with 5mm of bleed created in the following file formats:

Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

Unfortunately we cannot accept:

Low Res PDFs, Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Freehand.

Special Finishes

When supplying guides for special finishes, please create the area of the finish as a separate spot colour within the artwork and rename in colour palette to the chosen finish e.g. (Spot UV, Foil, etc.)

Button Artwork

When adding buttons to the artwork, the centre of each button must be places at least 15mm from the edge of the screen, the edge of the card, or another button.

Compression

If possible, do not use compression!

If for some reason you really need to, please include L2W or JPEG in  the file name.

Embedded Images

All images must be supplied as linked files for Illustrator documents.

Screen Placement

The screen outline must be placed at least 15mm clear of the edge of the card, buttons and the USB port.

Logos

Please supply logos as Vector files from Illustrator.

RGB to CMYK

Please ensure all images are supplied in CMYK not RGB.

Dieline Guide

Please use approved Motion Dielines supplied, and keep guide set to spot colour and overprint.

Fonts

Please include all fonts when sending the artwork, or create to outline.
